Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 20 to 11 days prior to arrival date the guest house will charge 50% of the total booking.
- Cancellations made 10 to 00 nights before arrival the guest house will charge 100% of the total booking.
- No show, early departure and under stay, the guest house will charge 100% of the total booking.

Refund Policy
Should you have to cancel your reservation before the penalty dates mentioned above? Your credit card account will be refunded in full. If you have paid by bank transfer then the full refund will incur a small bank charge for the transaction.

Late Check-out Policy
- Late check-out must be arranged with the guest house before departure date. The establishment may charge 1 day on bed & breakfast rate.

Children Policy
One child under 02 years old sharing a double with parents is free. You have the option for a free cot or a free bed.
